1) Open up your FTP client and connect to your web server.
2) Select the folder that contains all the images of your skin. In this case, the 'agile' folder would be my selection.

3) Drag and drop the folder into the images folder on your webserver.
4) Wait for the queued files to finish uploading. In my case, there were 244 files that need to be uploaded.
5) Once done, exit your FTP and log into your ACP.
6) Go to 'Templates & Style' > 'Import a Theme'.
